My name is Kenneth "Rowdy" Hayden and I have been your Constable since January 1, 2009 and I am seeking your vote in re election. I have been a lifelong resident of East Montgomery County, have raised 3 great kids here and have been married to my beautiful wife Jennifer for over 29 years.  I've watched Precinct 4 turn from a small town type community into this amazing community it is today.

I gave many promises when you elected me in 2009 and I have kept them all.  The office has become the 4th most productive (by volume and arrests) in the county, right behind the Sheriff's Department, DPS and Conroe PD, but there is still more work to be done.  I invite you to connect with me through this website, find out more about me, my accomplishments and take part in the re-election.
